Muay Thai kickboxing
Our Muay Thai classes cater to all levels, from beginners to advanced. We have classes for 4-9 year olds and 10-15 year olds.
Young people start with basic techniques, fun conditioning exercises, and engaging pad work. As they advance, they build on these skills with more complex drills and gradually increase their training intensity in a safe and supportive environment.
Mixed martial arts (MMA)
Our MMA classes for kids introduce them to basic stand-up and ground techniques in a fun and safe way. They learn essential strikes, practice playful wrestling for takedowns, and work on simple floor movements.
The focus is on building confidence and having fun while developing foundational skills for fitness and personal growth.
Boxing
In our boxing classes for kids, they learn the basics of boxing, including including footwork, blocking, evading and upper body movement.
